Get Involved

Join us for a hands-on placement where you will tutor, support programs, and help create safe community spaces. Many students gain experience both at our centre and in public school settings through our DDSB partnership.

Who can apply: Teacher education, Social Work, Child and Youth Care, and related programs

We provide: Training, supervision, and opportunities to lead activities

You gain: Real classroom-adjacent practice, mentorship, community impact, and documented hours toward your program requirements

We have partnered with school boards within the GTA to provide K-12 students with virtual assistance. Become a mentor, tutor or team leader for our Minds-On programs:​

  • Virtual tutoring (individual & small Group)

  • Weekend STEM games 

  • Parent seminars

  • Summer programming
